Overview

Howard Integritas Solutions Limited (HISL) operates the IntegAI platform and website at integ-ai.eu. This notice explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have regarding that data.

What we collect

Forms: When you submit a commercial enquiry, course enrolment, or position check, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, company, role, and the details of your enquiry or answers.

Checkout: When you purchase a course, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your email address and transaction reference from Stripe, but we do not receive or store your card details.

Advisor chat: When you interact with the AI advisor, your questions and the responses may be logged for service operation and improvement. Do not submit confidential, personal, or commercially sensitive information to the advisor.

Position Check

When you complete the Position Check we store a durable lead record in the service database hosted alongside this website. The record holds your email address, an optional company name, the EU AI Act role we derived, the minimum classification context needed to regenerate your report, your educational acknowledgement, your marketing permission and its wording version, the state of your PDF and calendar attachments, the state of your report email, a delivery timestamp, and a safe error code if delivery failed. We do not retain your raw eleven answers. An optional operational alert may be sent when your report is delivered; it contains only an opaque reference, the role, the delivery state and a timestamp, and no direct contact information. Report emails are delivered through Proton. Position Check records are retained for 12 months from submission and are then deleted. Marketing permission does not extend this period. You may request earlier access to or deletion of your record by contacting research@integ-ai.eu.

Purpose and lawful basis

We process personal data to respond to your enquiries, provide course access, operate and improve the platform, and meet our legal and contractual obligations. The lawful bases we rely on are contract performance, legitimate interests, and your consent where given.

Retention

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the stated purpose. Enquiry data is retained for the duration of the commercial discussion and a reasonable period thereafter. Course access data is retained for the duration of access and any statutory record-keeping period. Position Check records are retained for 12 months from submission and are then deleted; marketing permission does not extend this period. See the Position Check privacy summary above.

Processors

  • Stripe processes payments on its own pages and under its own terms.
  • Proton provides email infrastructure for correspondence.
  • Umami provides self-hosted, cookieless analytics.
  • Telegram is used for operational alerting; alerts contain no direct contact information.

Your rights
