IntegAI Policy Advisor

Give the AI a job description before you give it a question.

IntegAI Policy Advisor is configured around one organisational task. The organisation defines the intended users, approved sources, operating limits, escalation path and evidence requirements.

What is a Policy Advisor?

A Policy Advisor is a configured IntegAI product that helps a named team work with an approved body of organisational knowledge under explicit controls.

It is not defined by the model alone. Its useful identity comes from the job it has been given, the sources it may use, the limits it must respect and the accountable person who remains responsible for exceptions.

Five things define the Advisor.

The job

The specific task, audience and intended outcome.

The sources

The policies, procedures, standards and records approved for the use case.

The limits

The questions, actions and conclusions outside the Advisor's authority.

The escalation path

The person or role that takes over when judgement, approval or exception handling is required.

The evidence record

The request, source basis, governance outcome, timestamps and identifiers retained as configured.

Not every request should end with an answer.

Answer

The request is within scope and supported by approved sources.

Qualify

The Advisor provides a bounded response and makes uncertainty or missing evidence visible.

Refuse

The request is outside the configured role or crosses a defined boundary.

Escalate

The request requires a named person to review, approve or decide.

Supplier approval without automated authority.

A project team asks whether a supplier may be approved. The Policy Advisor checks the request against the approved supplier policy and evidence requirements.

It identifies which required evidence is present and which is missing. It shows the relevant source sections. It does not issue the final approval where that authority remains with procurement or another named owner. It escalates the exception and preserves the configured evidence record.

Make the basis reviewable.

A deployed Policy Advisor can present the response, relevant source sections, qualification or refusal basis, escalation direction and evidence identifiers as configured for the use case.

The exact interface and record depend on the buyer's configuration and deployment model.

The chat on this site is a limited public demonstration. Deployed Policy Advisors show source sections, escalation and evidence records as configured.

Deliberately bounded.

  • Not an unrestricted public chatbot
  • Not legal or regulatory advice
  • Not a compliance certificate
  • Not a replacement for an accountable decision-maker
  • Not permission to use unapproved data
  • Not production managed hosting
  • Not universal assurance for every model, release or use case

Prove the use case before choosing the long-term route.

Controlled hosted proof

A temporary environment for demonstration or a fixed evaluation. It is not a production managed-hosting service.

Buyer-owned deployment

The Policy Advisor is deployed into infrastructure controlled by the buyer or an approved implementation partner.

Embedded integration

IntegAI operates as a governed knowledge, response and evidence layer within an existing product or workflow.

White-label configuration

Branding, knowledge sources, policies, roles and approved workflows are configured subject to scope and agreement.
