Digital content

IntegAI Academy courses are digital content provided through the website. When you purchase a course, you receive access to the course materials, including modules, deliverables and assessments.

Right of withdrawal

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, you would normally have a 14-day right of cancellation for distance sales. However, for digital content supplied immediately on purchase, this right is lost once access begins, provided you consented to immediate access and acknowledged the loss of that right at checkout.

Immediate supply and your consent

Before payment, you are asked to confirm the following:

I request immediate access to this digital content and acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right of cancellation once access begins.

This acknowledgement is required to proceed to payment. Your acceptance, the version of this wording and the acceptance time are recorded with your order.

Refund policy

Given the immediate nature of digital content access and the acknowledgement of lost cancellation rights described above, refunds are not generally available after access has begun. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, contact research@integ-ai.eu and we will work to resolve it.
